This is C. Circo's first full length album, and it centres around the times in our lives that seem like fissures, distractions, or the unexpected.

In the moment they are shocking and leave us with many emotions. However, these disruptions become a part of us and our lives. Our lived experiences are made up of multiple disruptions that become less disruptive and more integrated into our being.

The album is structured into two logical parts where a logical divide is evident in the 7th track, "Systole (Interlude)" which transitions from the fallout from initital disruptions, into processing said disruptive events.
